i came across a weird blog yesterday. it was promoting throat slitting and all. filled with gory pictures that can resurface anything you ate just before. There were a few cases shown there, people who want to end their lives and all. i was reading through their life stories and tryign super hard to ignore the gory pictures filled with blood and God knows what. i was still telling kory, i dun understand why do people want to do such things. surely living itself is better than being dead. there is def sth positive in their lives that they overlooked and all. life can be bad, but it cant be bad to that extent till you seek death. ultimately if there is really sth so depressing in your life, you can always go talk to a close friend or sth. UNLESS you have no close friends, er maybe you can try talking to someone you know. SO i am opening up myself to talk to anyone who needs help. LIFE IS NOT THAT BAD. there are ups and downs in everyone's life. when you are at the down part, just think abt it, after the down part, it will be up again. on the contrary,i am never the optimistic one, but i still dun think life is all that bad. On the way to changi, i was on the train and peeking over my shoulders at what this lady was writign beside me. she was listing down problems of all these kids whom i assume are in her bible study grp or sth. so many of them have probs even worse than those i read in the blog. "dads who get drunk easily and abuse mum, abused kid, abandoned kid..etc" these people are not seeking death, why are those people who are better off doing it? this issue just made me think abt what happened in rjc a few weeks ago. life is complexing isn't it? no matter what, i still think commiting suicide is an act of cowardice. whenever you entertain such thoughts, think about what you are leaving behind. on a sidenote: CHEONG SI JIAN, YOU BETTER WAKE UP SOON! it is 651pm and answer your phoneee. |
